Yes, I hadn't got any answer, and in the meantime had solved my problem
with an update of the FS driver in NVDA.
But it's never too late to learn...

It seems you unfortunately didn't get any answer...
If it's not too late, windows packages are available on
the download page, they are called brltty-win-x.y-z.exe, you can for
instance take brltty-win-4.5-1.exe . Alternatively, they are available
on http://brl.thefreecat.org/brltty/ too.
