It is also quite possible still to download screen-4.0.1 and patch and compile it though it isn't part of Macports. Note that in this case you probably still need to apply both of the patches in brailletty's Patches directory. Also note that once you get brailletty up and running, if you are running Mavericks you may find some functionality problems.
