Are brltty really supported on 4.0

Hello.
In android 4.0.3, installed and configured brltty latest, but the focus 14
is not activated.
I restart my pone and close and open the brltty in accesibility and focus
not activated. The focus in other pone is runing correctly.
What's the problema?
