Hi folks,
Because of a misconfiguration on my end I thought I'd been sent a faulty
Focus 40 Blue. FS sent me a new one and it wasn't until that too failed that
I discovered the error on this end. For what it's worth, I found FS quite
responsive and helpful.
It turned out that the lady in the Sprint store had misinterpreted something
I said about how to configure the iPhone but FS had no way of knowing that.
