Actually I half-meant that file. Apparently Dave moved what was previously in README.first.txt (see in archives on http://brl.thefreecat.org/brltty/) into README.txt. Apparently this new README.txt does not point to sourcesforge.net as the source for installing the libusb filter for the brltty-win-5.2-1-libusb.zip case (in the brltty-win-5.2-1-libusb.exe case, the filter installation option is proposed during installation as well as in the start menu, as documented in README.txt).
