Hello,
I have been using brltty with various Linux distros running in vmware workstation 10 virtual machines. With some of the older distros where brltty was at version 4.5x all was fine. However, with some of the newer distros (ubuntu 14, debian 8, fedora 22), and brltty 5.x I am unable to read the right part of each line. I have a focus blue classic display connected via a usb cable, and when I access one of my vms, all I can see is the left-most 40 cells. If I try to pan to the right, I think that brltty jumps me to the far right end of the line so I miss anything between cell 40 and the last 40 cells on a line. If I am in the console, and a line is between 40 and 80 characters long, when I pan right I see nothing at all. If I am using vi to edit a file and pan right from the beginning of the line I see nothing. If I pan left from the beginning of a line to get to the end of the last line, I see nothing until I pan left again to get to the beginning of the previous line. Since my work is taking me into working almost exclusively with Linux distros in virtual machines, I would like to know if there is anything that canbe done to fix this problem and if there is anything I can do to help remedy it. -- Sincerely, Donald HYPERLINK "http://www.oracle.com/" \nOracle Donald Raikes | Accessibility Specialist / Security Penetration Tester Oracle Fusion Apps Cloud QA Arizona HYPERLINK "http://www.oracle.com/commitment" \nGreen Oracle Oracle is committed to developing practices and products that help protect the environment
