These are both wrong.
* There are four ETouch keys, two at each end of the text cell are.
The last word is "are" whereas the intended word was "area." The keys are at
each end of the text cell area, not the text cell are.
Each is subnamed according to the side it's on (Left, Right),
This is correct and was never questioned.
and according to it's position on that side (Rear, Front).
and according to it is position on that side? Not quite. :-)
