I am using arabic text table. ar.ttb has DOT1 maped to [DIGIT ONE], [LATTIN
CAPITAL LETTER A], [LATIN SMALL LETTER A] and [ARRABIC LETTER ALEF]. Is it
standard to have one-to-many mapping in these tables? How these conflicts
are handled in brltty for arabic for example?
