[quoted lines by saeid javani on 2016/03/08 at 13:00 +0330] Again, I'm just guessing. Is it possible that NVDA needs to be started after brltty has been successfully started? In other words, it might be that NVDA doesn't retry accessing brltty after a failure, and that stopping/starting brltty would be seen by it to be just such a failure.
