Thanks Samuel, sorry for the language semantics -- I really mean the whole
BRLTTY program...outside of pieces has there ever been commercial licensing
available?

I know that GPL doesn't forbid commercial use, but it is a copy-left
license and I'm not looking to provide source for my program that uses it.
