Unless I figure out a nicer way to do it, a target unit (rather than a service 
unit) is used now. This change was made in order to support multiple brltty 
processes that have their own configuration files. So, to start the regular 
brltty that uses /etc/brltty.conf, do:

   systemctl start brltty.target

In addition, you can now manage additional brltty processes. For one to use 
/etc/brltty_name.conf, do:

   systemctl start [email protected]
