byly doted nuly, ted uz to tam CSU doplnil; priste budeme brat data z
jinych stranek, kde jsou preferencni hlasy i prubezne.
P.S.: Je smutne, ze "otevrena data" CSU jsou tak zprasene XML exporty
v kombinaci s DBF (!) tabulkama, ze scrapovat HTML je _mnohem_
jednodussi...
