Hey,
I've just written up two new projects to the incubator, centrifugal laser
sintering(https://brmlab.cz/project/centrifugal_laser_sintering) and brmbag
(https://brmlab.cz/project/brmbag).
The first one is an idea of doing laser sintering in a centrifuge. This has
a number of interesting advantages over the traditional flat bed sintering
which you can read about on the wiki page. To get started though, I need
help setting up basic experiments for capacitive powder deposition,
preferably from people with experience of high voltage(tesla people).
The brmbag project would create an airbag system that would be able to stop
shrapnel and bullets. This is really just an idea at this stage. However, I
would love to hear your ideas on how to get started, how to detect a blast
quickly and reliably, ect.
