On pages like http://www.bro.org/bro-exchange-2013/exercises/faf.html
the sidebar will have links to http://www.bro.org/bro-exchange-2013/exercises
and http://www.bro.org/bro-exchange-2013, which don't have any index and so
generate an access error.
Need to see if those links can be auto-generated more intelligently.
