To make it easier to find "how-to" documentation for configuring a cluster,
the plan is to create a new section in the Bro manual after the
Quick Start Guide which will contain a step-by-step example of how
to configure a Bro cluster (most of this content will be moved from
the existing broctl manual) using broctl and optionally a load balancing
method such as PF_RING.
