The readme points to the install file, which in turn is just a pointer to
doc/install/install.rst which contains all installation instructions, including
the required dependencies.
I think that is ok and I like the short readme we have at the moment. We could
perhaps think about making INSTALL a symlink to doc/install/install.rst instead
of the current file.
