Please merge topic/johanna/ssl-resumption in bro and testing.
It changes the current ssl.log in two ways. It removes the session_id string,
which is rather useless in its current presence and replaces it with a boolean
signifying if a connection was or was not resumed. Connection resumption is
determined no matter if stateful or stateless session resumption was used.
Furthermore, it adds a field next_protocol which logs the protocol chosen using
the application_layer_next_protocol extension (if present). This is e.g. used
to negotiate SPDY or HTTP/2.
