Description:
The branch topic/dnthayer/more-fixes-for-2.4 in the broctl repo contains
fixes that address BIT-1342, a fix for an issue that could cause "broctl stop"
to hang waiting for the post-terminate script to finish, disable ssh password
prompting, and improvements to error reporting, and removes some unused
code.
