During a normal build, this is a non-issue, as files get installed to
.../lib/...
However, in a multilib environment this may become an issue. Hence it should
respect INSTALL_LIB_DIR, propagated from the top-level CMakeLists.txt.
I wrote a simple patch that simply removes the logic for re-setting
PY_MOD_INSTALL_DIR, as I use this var to circumvent the issue.
