This branch is ready to be merged. It makes the "misc/stats.bro" much more
useful by expanding the data exposed by it to include a lot more data. It
still writes to stats.log by default and is a normal Bro log (to avoid the
problems traditionally encountered with the misc/profiling script). The focus
is to only include data from simple counters to prevent this script from
blocking the main thread since simple counters are quick and easy to collect.
Notes:
- The "resource_usage" bif is removed in favor of a larger number of bifs for
collecting data.
