The qfe driver has not been converted to use Brussels yet, but changing speed and duplex should always have been possible by using the ndd command; you should be able to do "ndd -get /dev/qfe2 \?" to find the list of supported parameters and then change, for example, the adv_100hdx_cap etc. --Sowmini
