Well the grandiose plan for future was to allow flexibility in defining 
a 'tcp' property on 'tcp module (specified by -m)' per v4 or v6 
interface (specified by -f). Frankly I am not sure if such requirement 
is needed.

Right; in the show-prop output for the 'Proto' field we need to specify 
ip4 for v4 specific property and ip6 for v6 specific property and just 
'ip' for both v4 and v6.
