Folks,
Am in the process of fixing CR 6821071 to display promiscuous state for
underlying data links (NIC's, aggr, VNIC's, VLAN VNIC's et al).
My question is how do we want to display this information in 'dladm
show-link' output (assuming 'show-link' sub-command is the right
placeholder for this).

NOTE: Fix for CR 6817518 (DL_NOTE_PROMISC_{ON,OFF}_PHYS are not
delivered for vnics) is required to display the promiscuous mode for
VNIC's and VLAN VNIC's.
