As part of Crossbow we were planning to add a -m option to one of the
show- subcommands. Currently show-dev, but with clearview UV show-link
would make more sense.

http://opensolaris.org/os/project/crossbow/Docs/crossbow-virt.pdf

Part of what we want to do is not only show the primary MAC address but
also the MAC address slots usage and factory MAC addresses available.

Another factor to consider is that an ethernet address is not one of the
main objects managed by dladm (such as aggregations, links, etc), so it
seems that a new option of an existing command like show-link would be
more appropriate.
