I think getting the abstract interfaces solid is more important then
the humans ones (not that I think those should be weak).  Scriptability
and the ability to build custom configuration software is very
important to scale from Canis Minor to Centaurus.  I think an important
thing to carry forward from Clearview is keeping those interfaces
regular.

Humans do well with hierarchies as long as they don't get too bushy.
At the point that the degree of even some of the nodes start to get
above what you can easily tick off on a hand or so you start trading
off useability.  I think it also tends to lead to easy answers instead
of creating the more abstract and regular types of UIs that people grok
quickly and remember for a long time.

But thats all taste.  Makes me think focusing on scriptable tools will
allow for room to grow into what we learn users want.  Some people want
lsof, others want ptools.  Hopefully we can end up in a place where
slicing day to day problems in ways we *didn't* imagine is easy.
