What ever you do, don't just throw it out because the numbers won't fit. It may be a good beer anyway! > Jeg kan desværre ikke stikke den om i en en anden gærtank da jeg ikke > har en anden en, men det er skrevet på listen over ting jeg skal have > købt ind (sammen med en del andet) Well, you had a pot (or two or three) when you boiled it. You can dump it there, clean the bucket, and dump it back. > Fandt iøvrigt en artikel ang. I haven't looked at the article, but I believe there is lots of folk lore about oxidising your beer. I suppose it is important on big breweries, where everything is pumped around in closed pipes. But for a home brewer, it will be hard nto to get enough of O2 into the wort, just by pouring it over to the bucket. Splash a bit when you pour, and you should be all right! Don't take it all too seriously, it will be beer anyway! -H -- Heikki Levanto "In Murphy We Turst" heikki (at) lsd (dot) dk
