That does not add up. Trying on beercalc, I'd need nearly 10kg of dry
extract, or 12 kg of liquid extract in 25 liters, to get an OG of 1.140
1.040 sounds much more reasonable, both for a decent ale, and for the
amount of extract.

By now the beer is quite suspect anyway, so I would dump in any yeast
you have at hand - up to and including a baking yeast. The beer may be a
bit strange, or not overly exciting, but there is still a good chance
that
it will be beer anyway
