I believe that the beer will give some CO2 when it gets disturbed by the
transfer to the secondary, and this CO2, being heavier than air, will
settle on top of the beer, and protect it quite well from oxidising, and
other harmful effects of air.
I think plastic buckets may be slightly suboptimal for long secondary
fermentations, but a few weeks should not make a difference. I use them
all the time.
So, if you want you beer more clear, if you want to avoid yeasty
flavours, go ahead and rake it over to a secondary. If you want to take
it easy, and avoid extra work, let it be.
As you know, it will be beer anyway
