of course one has to be careful with sanitation, and probably even more so in
the summer, but I feel that you may be exaggerating the risks a bit. I have
brewed many good beers in the summer (and had a few infections in the
winter). If you keep things clean, I'm sure it is quite possible to brew some

  beer anyway
