Man kan bl.a. læse at forskellen på "fine grind" og "coarse grind" er af
størrelsesordenen 2,5 procent. (hvor "coarse grind" nok svarer nogenlunde
til de de fleste RIMS-bryggere bruger - "fine grind" er næppe anvendelig i
RIMS-setups)

Det er altså næppe på for groft et grind at der går den store effektivitet
tabt.

Or it could be that the thing slowly goes out of adjustment by itself, and
needs occasional attention that a non-adjustable mill would not need.

I don't know how much qa difference slightly suboptimal milling makes. If
anything, a bnit lower efficiency, which should not matter to much for a
happy amateur - what's the problem if you have to use 400g more malt - at
best you get a bit more malty flavours that you can balance with even more
hops... Efficiency is a problem for industrial discount breweries.

So, don't worry too much about it. Break those corns somehow, and you can
brew

   beer anyway
