Well I don't think many people will be using the mirror considering
the number of bsd users. Also ISPs don't give discounts if data
transfer is from India only. :). And most of us probably have
unlimited data transfer plans.

Nice to have following things:
- ISOs
- All the packages. Something like [1].
- Ports tree
- Documentation

I don't think that putting the source for the ports is necessary at
the early stage. Also you may like to have a look at tds.net mirror
[2].
