Hi, Any body know the legal issues associated with random port/os scans using nmap in India. I am not looking for some general information but some thing concrete from an authentic source.
Where does one read about cyber laws concerning this? Is there any particular mailinglist that discusses cyber lawsin India? Any instance of any body convicted in India for just port scanning?
