Oh, don't get me wrong, I am definitely aware it is enterprise ready,
I am just facing the uphill challenge of convincing my boss who was

I have used a lot of information from different sites and pointed him
toward netcraft and anything else I can find and that it what
convinced him to start using Suse. In fact, since then I have moved
two smaller boxes over to FreeBSD without problems, I am just trying
to convince him to let us run our full webserver on a FreeBSD box.
Since our LAN Administrator is only familiar with Windows my boss is
worried that we won't be able to effectively administrate the box. So
me, as Web Developer, am not allowed to administer a critical web
server box because I don't have any certifications to do so (even
though I do have the knowledge to do so).

It sounds to me as if your boss is not qualified to manage technical professionals. Have you asked him for his certificate? ;-)
