From May 23rd to May 25th Jean M Melo and me will be at the FUG-BR (Brazilian FreeBSD Users Group) stand at Linux World Brazil, which happens in the mentioned dates in Sao Paulo.
Among the planned activities there will be some tech talks regarding FreeBSD, NetBSD and OpenBSD and also an Introduction to BSD Certification, based on Dru's slides from BSDCan and my own, used a while ago in BSD Day in Sao Paulo. Printed brochures regarding BSD Certification effort will also be distributed, with a small flyer regarding BSD Certification fundraiser and reproduced parts of the User Group Competition announcement. Since this is a commercial event and mostly Linux driven, we have no expectations (good nor bad) on the feedbacks we will find on this three days, but if anything deserves a report, we will send to the list. If you live in Brazil and/or will be in Sao Paulo next week, hope you have time to drop on Linux World and say hello to FUG-BR in our stand. We will be close (right in the left) to LPI stand and in front of Novel's, according to the organization's map of the Melia Hotel - where LW-BR will be. Any comments/suggestions that can be adopted in the next hours, are welcome. -- Patrick Tracanelli (31) 3281-9633 / 3281-3547 [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.freebsdbrasil.com.br "Long live Hanin Elias, Kim Deal!" _______________________________________________ BSDCert mailing list [email protected] http://lists.nycbug.org/mailman/listinfo/bsdcert
