Hi all,

I'm Executive Director of CLUE, the Canadian Association for Open Source
(www.cluecan.ca). We're not a traditional user group per-se, but we're
involved in policy advocacy at a national level (like trying to prevent
Canada passing its own DMCA), and we're in the early stages of a project
to share activities and resources amongst Canada's 112 (known) open
source user groups. The first stage of doing this was, of course, to
find them, and the results so far are at
http://www.cluecan.ca/group-list . Anyone who knows of a group not
listed there is urged to contact me.

CLUE, which began life in 1998 as the Canadian Linux Users Exchange,
broadened its focus late last year to be less Linux-centric -- Dru is on
our advisory board to help ensure that. :-)

- Evan
