Greg's book has been open sourced so is available for use.

One consideration is to keep the resources from becoming lop-sided i.e. 
showing preference for one of the four tested operating systems. It is 
fine to have OS specific resources if similar resources exist for the 
other OSs. I think Greg's is a good resource if we can also find large 
references for the other OSs (e.g. an authorized pdf of materials from a 
how-to site). I'm not aware of any other BSD book which has been open 
sourced so please correct me if I'm mistaken.
