In the May newsletter[1], the nominating committee was announced as: - Warner Losh (non-voting chair of nominating committee) - Wes Peters - Patrick Tracanelli - Dan Langille (that's me) We are now calling for nominations for the 3 board positions. We apoligise for the delay in calling. Nominations may be sent to [EMAIL PROTECTED] We will accept nominations until midnight EST on Sunday 22 October, 2006 (thirty days from now). Members of the nominating committes are not eligible for this election. Nominations can be accepted only from ACTIVE members of BSDCG. Those members are listed[2] on the website under the heading BSDCG. At the end of the nomination period, the nominating committee will publish the list of nominees along with the number of nominations received by each. The nominating committee will later produce a slate of three Directors to the active members of BSDCG, which will approve or disapprove the slate.[3] Yes, we will allow you to nominate yourself.
