We teach FreeBSD basics and NetBSD admin here and we could probably map the FreeBSD 14 week course to the BSDA outcomes. These are 2nd and 3rd year community college students with Linux Admin, perl and Unix shell background. No one with just Windows Admin can keep their head above water in these courses, let alone swim. Prior training and/or experience is a necessity. I think there is a market for both types of course, a BSDA course as well as an admin course covering internet infrastructure on the foundational OS for it. This is subject to the prevailing malaise in IT enrollment which isn't going away soon. IT itself is great these days, but undergrad IT training is decidedly not, everywhere I go.
