BSDRP 1.54 is out with some packages upgrades and FreeBSD security fixes
applied:
- FreeBSD upgraded to 10.1-RELEASE-p3
- bird upgraded to 1.4.5
- openvpn upgraded to 2.3.6
- pimd upgraded to 2.2.0
- strongswan upgraded to 5.2.1
