So, since things went quiet on the re-organization front, I
decided to make things happen.

Everyone seemed in favor of the removal of the debug
infrastructure; this is mostly done. A few vestiges remain, in the
form of method definitions that need cleaning.

Javadoc should work again, as should auto-packaging of the
distribution.

Samples have been added back as well.

Taglibs exist in a subdirectory under the main tree, as a
consensus as to BSF and JSP had not been reached.

And perhaps other changes. But for now, I need sleep.
BSF 2.3 is dead; long live BSF 2.3, and the changes to come.

Postscript: CVS failed to mail the commit message, since the
commit message exceeded 100K. Feel free to simply update your
trees, and look in CVS for the log of the changes.
