No nightly or up-to-date builds of BSF ? How to get them to build?

Hi there,

while looking at the downloadable jars for BSF I found out that the 
"latest" version is from fall 2003 (!).

Now, there is a link on "index.htm" which points to "nightly builds", 
but that gets one to the fall 2003 version. Shouldn't there be an 
automated process to rebuild the BSF packages (source, binary), if any 
of the files change?

What would be the accepted procedure to (re-)build the distribution 
archives for BSF?
