Dear Poetry Community sometime last week I sent you an email letting you know that ASIA would be going into surgery. He has since been advised that there is a strong likelyhood that cancer has spread past the mass that was removed last week. We are still awaiting official test results on the severity of his status.
With that being said we in South Florida are preparing to assist in any way we can to lend financial support to this incredibly talented member of our community.
Asia does not have health insurance and he will have to do at least one round of chemotherapy.
