Add "show text" toggle button for new wallet dialog.
This changes adds a checkbox to the new wallet dialog box. When
disabled (default), both the first and repeated passphrase entry boxes
will show stars to hide the actual passphrase. If pressed, both
passphrase entries will show characters in clear text.
