Rename bytesRead/Written to bytesReceived/Sent.
This makes it a little more clear the variables reprsent bytes sent across
the network as opposed to from disk.

Implement getnettotals RPC.
Also, change the display handler for getnettotals in btcctl to the JSON
display handler for better display.
Closes #84.
