Remove `omitempty` fromTxRawResult confirmations
* Previously both searchrawtransaction and getrawtransaction would omit
the 'Confirmations' field by default if the transaction was found in
the mempool.
* By removing `omitempty`, a mempool transaction will now have
'Confirmations:0'
