Fix #122 by allowing clients to cancel websockets notifications.
This commit adds 4 new websockets JSON-RPC methods for canceling
notifications:
* stopnotifyspent
* stopnotifyreceived
* stopnotifyblocks
* stopnotifynewtransactions
