[Bucardo-general] Install Bucardo on Amazon RDS PostgreSQL

I want to do a migration from RDS Postgres 9.3 to 9.6 with little down time and 
I was wondering if it is possible for Bucardo to work on RDS Postgres. If so, 
please let me know how to install it because I can’t seem to get around the 
plperlu extension part.
