Aseara, dintr-o privire am numarat 7 carciumi pe malul Herastraului. Dar nu ele sunt problema(daca ar fi obligate sa aiba WC-uri corecte), ci cele din centrul parcului si care sunt afaceri ale edililor si provin din transformarea bibliotecilor-terasa si a EXPOFLOREI!
