Aici cred ca gresiti: aceste propuneri sunt realizate intr-un spatiu deja destructurat de constructiile ceausiste. Tot acest spatiu din jurul casei poporului poate sa suporte foarte bine orice turnuri. E ciudat chiar, ca nimeni nu se mai ocupa de aceasta zona.
