Fragment dintr-o discutie dintre doi mari arhitecti...despre 
importanta Patrimoniului si eforturile statelor civilizate de refacere a 
distrugerilor trecutului...
Oare copiii nostri vor plati pt "Bombardamentele Videanu" sau "Razboiul 
Civil din vremea lui Oprescu"...?
